

Services Provided

Initial consultations takes about 60 - 75 min and involve:

an in-depth gait analysis. We take pictures of your animal from all angles. We take videos of them walking and trotting, and the transitions in between.

a thorough orthopedic exam. We palpate every muscle and joint, measuring range of motion and muscle mass. We feel for heat, swelling, tension, and pain.

neurologic testing. We check for reflexes, weaknesses, and proprioception deficits.
-
an initial treatment. This may include laser therapy, myofascial work, PEMF, and chiropractic/VSMT mobilizations.

a discussion regarding pain management. We discuss food, supplements, medications, and other therapies

a home exercise plan and coaching on how to perform these movements
Initial Consultation

Follow up sessions take approximately 30-45 minutes and involve:

Follow up palpation and special testing. What improvements have occurred? Are there new areas of concern?

Assessment of home exercises. What’s working well, what needs improvement?

Treatment. Laser therapy, soft tissue mobilization, chiropractic, and PEMF may be utilized.

Updated home exercises and coaching
Follow up Sessions

Check-ins are performed online through video calls. You’ll need your pet with you! These calls are best to:

Review how to do home exercises, making sure your pup isn’t able to cheat and making sure you are using good posture and biomechanics with your own body.

Talk about struggles you are experiencing with the exercises, if you are noticing changes in your dog’s comfort or abilities

Discuss other any other rehab questions you may have

Competing in a show or agility trial? Get your partner feeling their best with a tune up beforehand, or a session to decompress afterwards.
